"John Anthony, former Mason County resident, died Saturday in a Seattle hospital at the age of 58. Mr. Anthony was born Oct. 22, 1902, in Warsaw, Poland, and lived in Mason County for several years before moving to Seattle in 1935. He worked as a maintenance man for the Federal Housing Authority. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge in Seattle. Survivors include his father, Mike Toney of Allyn; a sister, Mrs. Helen Bilski of Tacoma; and two brothers, Alex and Steve Toney, both of Shelton. Requiem Mass will be said in St Edward's Catholic Church in Shelton this morning, starting at 10 o'clock. The Rev. Mark Wiechmann will officiate.
