residence following an illness of
the last 5 months.
Mr. Patton was a lifelong res-
ident of Lauderdale County and at
the time of his death,he was
living in the center Star com-
munty.He was a farmer and a member
of the Center Star Presbyterian
Church.
Survivers are his wife Mrs. Rella
Patton;three daugthers Mrs. Ann
Smith,Florence;Mrs. Earline Hamm,
and Miss Perline Patton both of
Killen Rt. 1;one son Elmer Patton,
Rt.1 Killen;one step-son John Potts,
Sheffield;one step-daugther,Mrs.
Jack Faust,KillenRt.1;seven grand-
childern;one great grandson.
Funeral service will be Saturday
at 2:30 at the Center Star Pres-
byterian Church,with burial in the
Center Star cemerty.
