Services for Arthur L. Cooper, 64, Tyler, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at New Generations Baptist Church with the Rev. S. Moore officiating.
Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Co., Tyler.
Mr. Cooper died Jan. 12, 2009, in a Tyler hospital.
He was born Feb. 18, 1944, in Crockett where he grew up and attended public schools. He lived in Smith County for 40 years, was a laborer at Tyler Pipe for 35 years, and was a member of Union Prairie Baptist Church of Crockett.
Survivors include sons, Philandeous Cooper and Lestus Cleve Cooper, both of Tyler; brothers, Odell Cooper and Jimmy Cooper, both of Crockett, and John F, Cooper, Tyler; sisters, Ethel Mae Hollman, Huntsville, Ruby Allen and Avernomia Everhart, both of Tyler; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends 7:30-8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
