Funeral services for Willie Lee Durham, 76, of Colmesneil, TX, were held on Sunday, February 23, 1986, at 2 p.m. at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with grandsons, Bro. Ray Durham, Bro. Larry Fondren, Bro. J. C. Carter, and Bro. Johnny Durham officiating and burial at Bethany Cemetery. Mr. Durham passed away on February 21, 1986.
Survivors include his wife, Jewel Dominy Durham of Colmesneil; three sons, John Raymond Durham of Groves, James Leonard Durham of Colmesneil, and Billy Jack Durham of Huntington; two daughters, Evone Brown of Colmesneil, Lavern Parsons of Lufkin; three brothers, Bower Durham of Colmesneil, Joe Durham of Vidor, and Ben Durham of Vidor; a sister, Edilda Lewis of Silsbee; 10 grandchildren; step grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Roger Durham, Steve Brown, Wade Baker, Dean Baker, Gene Baker, and Ray Durham.
