Mrs. Billy was a laborer for Bemmis Bag, St. Louis, MO, formerly a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, St. Louis, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Katherine (nee Kearn) Heidenfelder ; her husband, Paul Billy; one brother and one sister. Mrs. Billy is survived by a daughter, Joann T. (Michael) Conboy of Fenton, MO; three grandchildren, Michelle (Jay) Davis of Maryland Heights, MO, Michael Conboy of St. Louis, MO and Cara (Edward) Young of High Ridge, MO; four great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Community Covenant Church Outreach Ministry, Kirkwood, MO and will be accepted at the funeral home.
