Vivian Kay Gullett, 45, of South Shore, died Saturday in Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio, from injuries she received in an automobile accident.
She was born Jan. 29, 1963, in Willard, Ohio.
Her husband, William "Bill" Edward Gullett, survives.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup. Burial will be in Pence Cemetery in South Shore.
