Mr. Goddard died Thursday, Nov. 13, at his home.
He was born Dec. 31, 1957, to Russell and Geraldine Goddard in Rushville, Ind. He served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Roxanne Coy of Belton; a son, Bradley Coy of Belton; two daughters, Stacy Olvera of Hawaii and Jennifer Gould of Harker Heights; three sisters; six grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his loving wife, Roxanne Coy, of Belton; a son, Bradley Coy of Belton; two daughters, Stacy Olvera and her husband, Peter, of Hawaii, and Jennifer Gould and her husband, Greg, of Harker Heights; six grandchildren, Christian, Gregory, Velociti, Cali, Mason and Brayden; and three sisters.
The family will receive guests for a time of visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen.
