Williams, Jr. of 21130 Westerly Rd., Poolesville, Md., beloved husband of Mary Shaw Brown Williams; father of Rodger Walter Williams, III, William Clifton Williams and Emily Jane Williams Perry; brother of Ella Williams Fauber. Survived also by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
