LYNCO ­ Mildred Susan Morgan-Hatfield, 34, died Sunday, Sept. 19, 1999, in a Man, Logan County, WV hospital following a long illness.

Born June 20, 1965, in Chicago, she was the daughter of Bernard J. Morgan and Addie Faye Dixon-Morgan of Oceana.

Mrs. Hatfield was a homemaker and a member of Oceana Freewill Baptist Church.

She attended Family Praise and Worship Center and was a member of the Presidents Club in Avon.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Caroll Morgan (1961-1998).

Other survivors include her husband, Eddie Lee Hatfield; a son, Elliott E. Hatfield of Lynco; a daughter, Nacole S. Hatfield of Lynco; a nephew, Bernard A. Morgan of Oceana; five sisters, Deborah "Debbie" Faye Morgan-Reed (1962-2013) and her husband, Larry Reed, of Oceana, Whitney Morgan-Lester and her husband, Dale Lester, of Oceana, Kimberly A. Morgan-Miller and her husband, Bobby Miller, of Oceana, Melissa Morgan-Goodson and her husband, Donnie Goodson, of Oceana and Tracey Morgan-Cook and her husband, Erik Cook, of Matheny.

Services will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Family Praise and Worship Center, Oceana, with Pastor Timmy Brewster officiating. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny.
