Two of his siblings were Marie Polly Banks Brock (1845-1926) & David A Banks (1847-1909). His paternal Gparents William Banks & Elizabeth Banks Banks. His maternal Gparents Jeremiah Allen (1778SC-1862GA) & Susanah Warner (1788PA-1868GA).
