MRS MARY BRITTON SUCCOMBS AT 92
Mrs. Mary BRITTON, 92, succombed after a long illness Thursday morning at
her home on the North Highway in Turlock.
Mrs. BRITTON had lived in Turlock for two months, previously having
resided in Tulare County for about Seven years.
She was a native Texan.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Mattie McGuffin, Turlock and Mrs. Frances
Reed, Waterford, and six sons, Miles A BRITTON, Turlock: Freeman BRITTON,
Ceres: Hardy BRITTON, Anglola and Andy BRITTON, Texas.
Mrs. BRITTON also leaves 26 grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p, m. Saturday in the Drake Memorial
Chapel. The Rev. _______ Cooper, Fresno will officiate. Burial will be in
Turlock Memorial Park.
There was no newspaper name or date on the clipping. It is yellow with age

I believe this lady to be the wife of Solomon Britton, with maiden name of Reed. I'm still making sure of this, so please don't take this for 100% certain yet. I also believe her to be the mother of the Hardy B Britton in this cemetery.
