William was the 7th of 9 children born to his parents. He married Narcissa Ann Bates before 4 September 1860, probably in Hickman Co., Tennessee. Courthouse fire destroyed records. They were the parents of 9 children. William was a twin to John Daniel Beasley. He also had twin older sisters, Mary Ann and Susan J. Beasley. William burned to death.
