Savannah, Ga - Dr Guy O Brinkley, a prominent specialist of this city, was shot and instantly killed by Mrs Kate Whisenaril, a pretty widow, yesterday afternoon. Following the shooting of Brinkley, Mrs Whisenaril turned the revolver on herself and put a bullet through her brain. Jealousy over the specialist's attention to another woman was the cause, it is believed. Mrs Whisenaril was wealthy, and it is alleged, she had lent money to Brinkley.
