William Garfield , age 79 died at the home of his daugher in Tracy, CA. Services will be held at Mater Delorosa in the Tule Indian Reservation on Sunday. He had been ill for more than two years. He was born July 19, 1890 on the reservation and spent nearly his entire life there. He leaves two sons, William L. of Porterville, and Langdon G. of Tracy, a daugher June Nieto of Tracy, two brothers Fred and Billy of Porterville, 18 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Father Joe Luis Ortega missionary at St. Anne's Catholic church officiated at the services.
