Funeral services for Edith M. Clark who died Wednesday were conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, April 29, 1996 at the Vase Funeral Chapel, 154 Elk St., Rock Springs. Bishop Allen Knight of the LDS Church conducted the services. Interment was in the Rest Haven Memorial Gardens north of Rock Springs.

Pallbearers were Elmer Dimick, Dennis Kessner, Randy Kessner, Steve Shassetz, Mark Shassetz and Craig Butler.

Miss Clark, 73, of 530 Gobel St. No. 11, Rock Springs, died at 12:40 pm. Wednesday, April 24, 1996 at the Sage View Care Center in Rock Springs.

A longtime resident of Rock Springs and former resident of Superior, she died following a lengthy illness.

She was born Dec. 25, 1922 in Provo, Utah, the daughter of the late William and Lydia Barney Clark. She attended schools in Superior and was a member of the LDS Church.

Survivors include one brother, Gene Clark and one sister, Arlene Pecolar, both of Rock Springs and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Elmer Dimick and Floyde Clark who died in infancy and two sisters, Sylvia Demas and Esther Shassetz.
