GALIVANTS FERRY | Robert ''Bob'' Earl Johnson, age 69, of Whiteoak Lane, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2005 at Regency Hospital in Florence.
Mr. Johnson was born in Mullins, a son of Mrs. Lena Martin Johnson and the late Charlie Robert Johnson. Mr. Johnson was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.
He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a co-founder of the Big WYAK Radio station of Garden City, Murrells Inlet.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Arba Johnson of Galivants Ferry are one brother, Albert Johnson and his wife, Cynthia, of Galivants Ferry; two sisters, Judy Roberts and her husband, Wayne, of Aynor, and Sandra Carroll and her husband, Roger, of Greer.
Mr. Johnson was predeceased by one infant brother, Jimmy Johnson.
Funeral services were Friday at Johnson Funeral Home of Aynor. Burial followed in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
