Mrs. Brown (Etta) Alexander died Thursday at 1 pm. at her resident, 709 N. Poplar St. after along illness She was 64.
The funeral is planned Sunday at. McEvoy Funeral Home, Bill Nicks, minister of the East.Wood Church of Christ Burial will be in Henry County Memorial Gardens.
Born Aug. 30, 1910, in Calloway County, KY she was a daughter of Mrs. Samanthie McDaniel Tabers of Paris and. the late Charlie Tabers. She and Mr. Alexander, who survives, were married in 1929 She was a member of East Wood Church of Christ.
In addition to. her husband and mother, she leaves.- a daughter, Mrs. Gene (Imogene) Hart,. and two sisters; Mrs. Lois Ball and Mrs Irene Ball, all of Paris, and five grand children, Mrs Carolyn Edwards, Steve Hart, Mark Hart, and Ken Hart and Mike Hart.
A brother, Orlie Tàbers, preceded her in death in 1973.
