Mrs Etta B. Headley, 82, of 471 Bridge street, Waynesburg, widow of J. Stanley Headley, died at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, 1957, in Greene County Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.

A lifelong resident of Greene County, she was born November 19, 1895, in Whiteley Township, a daughter of the late John S. and Agnes Hoy Kiger. She was a life-long member of the Claughton Chapel Methodist Church and lived most of her life in the Kirby community, residing in Waynesburg the past four years. She was a member of the Farm Women's Society of Whiteley Township.

Her husband, J. Stanley Headley, died in 1944. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Loughman of Sycamore, R. D., Mrs. June Mariner of Waynesburg, and Mrs. Jean Jeremko of Pittsburgh; one son, Joseph Headley of Washington, D. C., and five grandchildren. Two brothers and three sisters are deceased.
