Anderson Rites Set Saturday Funeral services for Mr. E. Dervin Anderson, 46, of Dallas will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the Corley's Funeral Chapel. Anderson died today in Dallas. A native of Richland, he was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Lois Anderson of Dallas; six sons, Kenneth Anderson and Kevin Anderson both of Dallas, Edgar D. Anderson, Jr., Elvis Anderson, Alvin Lee Anderson and Dennis Anderson all of Corsicana; three daughters, Mrs. Linda Tubb and Mrs. Jewell Faye Kirk, both of Dallas, and Miss Barbara Anderson of Corsicana; four grandchildren; his parents Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Moore of Coleman; two brothers, W. D. Anderson of Waco and Dwayne Anderson of Dallas; two sisters, Mrs. Earl Carpenter of Waco and Mrs. Doris Chitty of Dallas and a number of nieces and nephews. The Corsicana Daily Sun - Friday, April 9, 1971 Anderson Rites Funeral services were held Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at Corley Funeral Chapel for E. Dervin Anderson, 46, Dallas resident and Richland native who died Friday. The Rev. Mickey Loftis officiated. Burial was in the Pattison cemetery. Pallbearers were Sonny Carpenter, Dan Dyess, Phil Williams and Donny Toms. Surviving are his widow, six sons, two step-sons, not previously listed, Steven and Roy Bradley of Dallas; three daughters, four grandchildren; his parents, two brothers, two sisters and several nieces and nephews.
