RETIRED FARMER CLAIMED BY DEATH
George Lucas Bradley, 68 years old retired farmer, died at his home on Cecil Avenue at noon Wednesday. In ill health for a number of years, his death came after a week's serious illness.
A native of Bath, county, he is the son of Sennett and Sarah[Crain]Bradley.
Survivors include his wife, Stella{Hedrick}Bradley; one sister Mrs. Mary B{John} Atchison; two brothers William Bradley,of Springfield Ill., and Taylor Bradley, of Athens Illinois.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday morning at 10:30 at the McClure~Richardson Funeral home. Christian Science Funeral services will be read by the First Reader Miss Pauline Amos.
Burial will be in the Owingsville Cemetery in Bath County.
Active pallbearers will be six nephews; Hubert and Ewell Atchison, Phillip, Walter and William Vanlandingham. and Sterling Bradley.
The body is at the residence.
