Chico Record, Tuesday, February 7, 1911, pg 1 col 5: Loved Mother Called By Death. Mrs. Elizabeth Anne Pritchard died yesterday morning at the family home in Chico Vecino at the age of sixty-six years. She had been ill for some time. Death was due to pneumonia. She was born December 2, 1845.
The deceased was a much beloved woman. Prior to coming to this city about a year ago, she resided in Manton country in Tehama county. She is survived by eight daughters and one son. One of the daughters became the wife last June of Dr. L.C. Smith, formerly a physician in this city.
The funeral will be held at 10 o’clock Wednesday morning from the First M.E. Church, Rev. C.E. Winning will officiate.
