Mildred Orene Smith, 88, died Saturday, Jan. 3, 2009, in Bowie.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the drawing room of the White Family Funeral Home with Jamie Reed officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of the White Family Funeral Home in Bowie.
Mrs. Smith was a homemaker, seamstress, and rancher for Gilmore Ranch, and worked for Bellmire Healthcare Facility.
Survivors include her husband, Billy Smith; daughter, Kathy Scrogum; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Bowie High School, 102 East Wichita St., Bowie, Texas, 76230.
