Gladys Reiswig, 76, of Lodi died Dec. 11 at a local convalescent hospital after an extended illness. She was born Gladys
Gramm on March 10, 1916, in Zap, N.D.
She attended local schools in Zap and moved to Lodi in 1932. She married Clarence Otto Reiswig in June 1938 in Reno.
Mrs. Reiswig was a waitress for more 40 years at Croce's El Patio and the Cosmopolitan restaurants. She was devoted to
her family and friends. Her pastimes were bingo and visit Lake Tahoe.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1989; four sisters, Bertha Rayner, Emma Smith, Elizabeth Cristo, and
Martha Lehman and three brothers, George Gramm, Henry Gramm, and Eddie Gramm.
Mrs. Reiswig is survived by three sons, Kenneth Reiswig, James Reiswig, and Danny Reiswig, all of Lodi; a brother, Chris
Gramm of Acampo; a sister, Ida Lorenz of Lodi and seven grandchildren.
The funeral is 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Lodi Funeral Home, with Elder Jim Witcombe presiding. Visitation is 8 a.m to 8 p.m.
Monday and 8 a.m. to service time at the funeral home. Committal will be private at Cherokee Memorial Park.
