Patsy R. Bryant, 59, of Albion, died Wednesday, June 13, 2001, at her home.
She was born July 12, 1941, to Lonza and Maxie (Casebolt) Burke in Virgie, Kentucky. On August 22, 1959, she married Earl Bryant. He preceded her in death in 1989.
Mrs. Bryant was a nursing home administrator for an adult foster care home in Albion since 1977. She enjoyed traveling, gardening and bird watching.
Survivors include four daughters, Annette (Richard) Ewers of Albion, Sue (Brett) Ward of Springport, Gail (Duane) Gollnick of Reading and Michelle Bryant of Albion; four sons, Tony (Georgia) Bryant of Climax, Allen Bryant of Portage, Dale (Melissa) Bryant of Springport and Marcus Bryant of Albion; two sisters, Fontella Man of Homer and Ann Izzard of Litchfield; six brothers, Jerrel D. Burke of Homer, Grover Burke of Coldwater, Lonza Burke, Jr. of Albion, Garner Burke of Quincy, Craig Mullins of Albion and Gary Newsome of Homer; and 13 grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a grandchild, three brothers and a son.
Funeral services were held Saturday, June 16, at the J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, Inc., in Albion, with Rev. Tom Duff officiating. Interment followed at St. Joe Cemetery in Clarendon Township.
