She was born in Henderson, Kentucky, January 6, 1926, the daughter of Marvin Roberts and Mary Louise Roberts, nee Gish. On October 20, 1945, she was in united in marriage to Levin M. Dunn and two children were born to this union. In her later years, she was united in marriage to Al Williams and in the early 1980s she was united in marriage to Arthur Banderman. She was a longtime member of United Methodist Church in St. Clair. Mrs. Banderman was a member and past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, St. Clair Chapter No. 96,member of the Adah Shrine No. 25 of the Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem, Robertsville, and the United Methodist Women Sunshiners group. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Mary Roberts; by her husbands, Levin Dunn, Al Williams and Arthur Banderman; and by her brother, Danny Gish. Mrs. Banderman is survived by her son, Gary Dunn and wife Paula, St. Clair; her daughter, Mary Jane John and husband Steve, St. Clair; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends. Funeral services were to be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 12, at the United Methodist Church in St. Clair with the Rev. Don Covington officiating. Interment was in Crestview Memorial Park, St. Clair. Memorials to the United Methodist Church Sunshiners Group are preferred. The Banderman family was served by Russell Colonial Funeral Home, St. Clair.
