Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon in Grace U B church, of which she was a member, by Rev W H Rittenhouse. Burial was in Bremen cemetery.
Emma Richie, daughter of Mr and Mrs Henry Richie, was born in Bremen March 13, 1863, and died July 21, 1919, being 56 years, 4 months and 8 days of age.
She was first married to James Long. One daughter, Elizabeth, was born to this union.
On Dec. 15, 1885, she was united in marriage with Wolf Aaron Bellman, and to them six children were born, five of whom are living.
The children who survive her are Mrs Taylor Garnam of Plymouth, Mrs Ervin Heckaman of Bremen, Mrs John Carpenter of Goshen, and Mrs Albert Myers, George Bellman and John Bellman, of Bremen.
She also leaves one sister, Mrs Holderbaum, and four brothers, six grandchildren and a number of less near relatives.
