Mrs. Angelina M. Hughes, 82, Osage City, died Saturday in a rest home here. She was born February 18, 1885 at Valperga, Italy and had lived in the Osage City community since 1888. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and the American Legion Auxiliary, both at Osage City. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Felicita Bjorkman, Overland Park; two sons, Ralph Hughes, Topeka and Robert Hughes, Baton Rouge, La; and one sister, Mrs. John Getsinger, Osage City. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the McElfresh Mortuary. Services were held at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday from the Catholic Church with Father Joseph Dearborn officiating. Casket Bearers were: Frank Marino, Harold Vaughn, James Getsinger, Tommie Willow, James Parre and Robert Cahill. Interment was in the Osage City cemetery. "2 Aug 1967"
