Elizabeth was born May 17, 1907 in Arapaho, Oklahoma Territory. She moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma at an early age, where she attended public schools. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma, where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma.
She was a homemaker and with her husband, the late William S. Winn, moved from New York to Borrego Springs, CA following his retirement in 1963. Following the death of Mr. Winn, she moved to the recently completed Remington Club Rancho Bernardo in 1988, where she resided until her death, August 27.
Survivors include her brother, Joseph J. Brewer and wife Ruth of Rancho Bernardo; son William S. Winn, Jr. and wife Virgina of Chappaqua, NY; son, Charles B. Winn and wife Judith of Long Beach, CA; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services will be held in Long Beach. Interment in Tulsa, OK.
