Lived on Riverside Drive, Gainesville, Georgia in the 1920's and 1930's. First person in Gainesville to have a rubber wheel buggy. My mother, his daughter (Flora Bell b. 1925, last surviving child), remembers living on Riverside Drive when a tornado hit downtown Gainesville in 1935, killing over 300 people.

Died in Mayfield Church during revival.
