Former Prague resident Fagan Bullard died Tuesday in Phoenix, Arizona. He was 91.

Mr. Bullard was born January 3, 1907 in Alma, Arkansas to Kit and Mittie Overstreet Bullard. He married Marion Lyons on October 31, 1931 in Haverstraw, New York.

He moved from Prague to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1997. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1924 to 1929. He retired from Warehouse Distributors, a division of General Motors Corporation, where he worked in sales.

Survivors include two daughters, Carol Hyman of Layton, Utah and Barbara Riggs of Scottsdale, Arizona, brother, J. M. Bullard Jr. of Paden and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife on November 29, 1983, his parents, five brothers and two sisters.

Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel, Prague, with Bro. Paul Heard officiating. Burial will follow in the Prague Cemetery, Prague.
