Abstract--Willard G. (Wig) Williams, 82, of Tunnelton, died May 14, 1998, at his home. He was born Oct. 9, 1915, in Tunnelton, s/o the late Albert T. and Matilda Wolfe Williams. He worked as a trckman for the B&O Railraod for 20 years and was a forman in the cleaning plant for Kingwood Mining Co. before retiring. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Wilda V. Pratt Williams; three daughters and a spouse, Marlyn D. Clark of Tampa, FL, Carole and Donald Bolyard of Tunnelton, and Doris A. Hahn of Terra Alta; one sister, Kate McCabe of Kingwood; seven grandchildren, Tyrus Clark, Alicia Conley, Angie Rodriguez, Robin Rhodes, Eric Hahn, Tracy Slagle and Melissa Williams. He was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters. Burial was in the Shaw Cemetery in Denver.
