Clifford E. Bedell, 89, of Quechee, VT, died Tuesday, November 15, 2005, at the Hanover Terrace Healthcare. He was born November 13, 1916, in Norwalk, CT, the son of Frederick and Edith (Buttery) Bedell. Mr. Bedell retired from The Hour Publishing Co. of Norwalk, CT, on June 1, 1979, after many years of employment. He was a member of the I.T.U. and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He served during World War II and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was married to Madeline K. Bedell, who predeceased him in 2004. His daughter, Gail B. Ferney of Quechee, VT; his stepson, Leslie Andrews of Hawaii; three grandsons, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews survive him. Burial will be at the Woodland Cemetery in Port Orange, FL, at the convenience of the family. Contributions in his memory may be made to the National MS Society, Training & Resource Center, 700 Broadway, Suite 810, Denver, CO 80203-3442. Arrangements are under the direction of the Rand-Wilson Funeral
