Born in Cario, Mo., where he resided until he moved to Florida, he served many years as recorder of records for Monroe County. Mr. McBride was an outstanding church worker, being a member of the Christian Church since a young man. He was also a member of Independent Order of Odd Fellows and Modern Woodmen of America.
He is survived by his widow and one daughter, Miss Margaret McBride of New York City, ln addition to three sons, Dr. T. E. McBride of Apopka; D. N. McBride of Orlando, and A. B. McBride of Winter Park.
Funeral services will be held ln Carey Hand Chapel at 4 o'clock Saturday with Reverend Morriss Butler Book officiating. Burial will be ln Palm Cemetery in Winter Park.
