Daughter of John Clinton III & his wife Lemira Doty. Aurelia is the 4th great granddaughter of Mayflower Passenger & Compact Signer, Edward Doty. She is the grand daughter of Revolutionary War Soldier, John Clinton Sr & his wife Mary Scribner. She married Hiram Covey 23 Apr 1826 in Lisle, Broome County, NY.
