LAST RITES FOR MRS. RUSIE
Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Rusie were held in the Carlisle Chapel Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock with Rev Lewis Marsh conducting the services. Interment was in the Mooresville Cemetery. Mrs. Rusie lived alone at her home on West South Street. When last seen by her neighbors, she was doing her laundry on Monday. Tuesday morning when her neighbors failed to see her, the went to the home and found her dead on the floor. A heart attack was pronounced as the cause of her death. The deceased was born in Mooresville and her parents were Asbury and Sarah Greeson Thompson. She was 74 years of age. Her husband was the late Michael Rusie who passed away several years ago. Survivors are three sons, Evert Rusie of Brooklyn, Paul Rusie of Danville, and Charles Rusie of Indianapolis; two daughters, Mrs. Clyde Calvert, Danville, and Mrs. Laura Stuckey of Indianapolis.
