FLEENOR, JOHNNIE RUSSELL - age 85 of Kodak TN, left all of her pain and suffering behind and went to be with her Savior December 21, 2007. She was a member of Paw Paw Hollow Baptist Church and Son Light Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands Steve Russell and Rhea Fleenor, parents Fred and Nora Slaton, brothers Fred Slaton Jr. and Morgan Slaton. She is survived by her children, daughter, Jewell Tindell and son, Fred Russell; grandchildren, Chad Tindell and Eric Russell; special nephew who was a part of the family, Raymond Slaton and wife Sharon and his children Amber and Jeremy Slaton; sisters Florence Russell, Pearl Glenn and Nancy Valentine; brother Bobby Slaton. Special thanks to her niece, Jan Hickman, and her wonderful neighbors, Robert and Bonnie Russell, Mary Russell and David and Shannon McCroskey, Mary Beth Williams, for always being willing to lend a helping hand. The family will receive friends Wednesday December 26, 2007 from 6 to 8 pm at McCarty Evergreen Funeral Home with the service to follow, with Rev. Ronnie White officiating. Graveside services will be Thursday December 27, 2007 at 11 am at Pollard Cemetery with friends and family meeting at 10:45. McCarty-Evergreen Funeral Home in charge of arrangements 865-637-7955.
