Tabitha Mills Solomon has a CSA Widow's pension in the GA archives virtual vault under Coffee County. She says she married Henry Solomon in Coffee County in 1857. He enlisted in early 1862 in Savanah G and served with Company K of the 63rd GA regiment. The last of 1863 he was sick and sent home by the army surgeon. He died March 15, 1902 in Coffee County. She had 500 acres of land valued about $700 . a mule about $75 and a buggy and wagon worth about $50. But she sold her property and divided the money among her 8 children before the new pension law came out.
