BEEVILLE - A.P. "Bill" Airheart. 87, of Beeville, died Wednesday, Mayb31, 2006. He was born Feb. 3, 1919, in Trinidad, to the late Clarence Collins and Irene Belle Wilson Airheart. He was a retired clerk for Getty Oil Company, U.S. Navy Pearl Harbor Survivor and Korean War veteran, and a member of First Baptist Church of Beeville. Survivors: wife, Irene Airheart; son, Johnny Airheart; sisters, Alice Gaston of Bryan, Frances Newson and Hildred Cartlidge, both of Trinidad, and Margaret Crawford of Payne Springs; a brother, J.C. Airheart of Trinidad; and a granddaughter. Visitation will be 8 a.m. to noon Friday at Galloway & Sons Chapel. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church, the Rev. Greg Taylor officiating. Burial will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Malakoff Cemetery in Malakoff. Galloway & Sons, Beeville.
