A McKinney resident, Biggs was a retired farmer who was born Jan. 13, 1901, in Lucas to James and Mary Biggs.
Survivors include his wife Glayds, of McKinney, one son, Jack Wise of Baytown; two brothers, Doc of Tyler and Roy “Shorty” Biggs of Plano; one sister, Helen Lewis of Parker and four grandchildren.
The Rev. Leslie Hames will officiate the 2 p.m. Wednesday service at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. Biggs will be interred at Restland Memorial Park.
He was a member of the First Christian Church in McKinney.
