Mrs. Ethel Doss (nee Miss Ethel Durham) died at her home in Springfield, Mo., Tuesday of last week following an illness of several months duration.
Funeral services were held at 2:30 o'clock last Thursday afternoon in the Alma Lohmeyer Chapel in Springfield and interment was made in Maple Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Doss was the oldest daughter of Mrs. R.M. Livingston of near Iberia and a niece of Mrs. Everett Jones and Mrs. Isaac Sherill also of near Iberia, who were in attendance at the funeral. She was born in Iberia November 24, 1889; died Tuesday, Sept. 11, 1934, being at the time 44 years 9 months and 17 days of age.
She is survived by her husband, mother, one sister, Mrs. Edith Jones, and one brother, Brice Durham, both of Springfield.
Mrs. Doss had many former acquaintances in the Iberia community who are sorry to learn of her passing. They join in expressing deep sympathy for the bereaved.
