Gloria M. Graham, 69, of Shawnee, Kansas, passed away on Thursday, January 17th, 2008, surrounded by her husband, children, sister, and niece. Gloria was born at home in Kansas City, Missouri on August 9, 1938 to William O. and Ellen Brock. Gloria married Ronald L. Graham on June 5, 1956 in Miami, Oklahoma. They made their home in Shawnee, Kansas where they raised their two children, JoEllen Graham, and Ronald L. Graham, Jr. Gloria worked as an Order Filler at Gear for Sports located in Lenexa, Kansas. She retired in 2005 due to illness, but continued to stay in contact with many co-workers she considered close friends. Gloria is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Billie Ann Mansell; and brother, Carl E. Brock. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Ronald L. Graham, Sr.; brother, William O. Brock of Jacksonville, Fl; sister, Betty S. Barnes of Lawson, Mo; daughter JoEllen Graham of Shawnee; son and his wife Ron and Diana Graham of Overland Park. Gloria is also survived by the five grandchildren she adored: Hallie J. Godbold (11), Emma E. Graham (9), Abby Kate Graham (7), Cooper T. Graham (3), and Caden B. Graham (1 ½). Others close to Gloria are her niece, Kim Stark of Acworth, GA, along with Kim's husband, Russ, and their children Nick, Amber, Cory, and Lauryn. Gloria will be affectionately remembered by everyone who knew her.
