November 1, 1911, she was married to John Cook, widower father of 10 children, and to them was born a son.
Mrs. Cook was well known in Ashley Valley for her kindly charitable ways. She was a friend to all and especially to those in need. She was the mother of four children, one who preceded her in death and helped in rearing nine step-children.
She is survived by the following, Mrs. Frank Collier, William Stevens and Rulon Cook, children; nine step-children, 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, two brothers, Joseph and Harvey Herbert and two sisters, Mrs. Harry Southam, all of Vernal and Mrs. Josephine Richardson, Park City.
