Francois (Frank) Bach and Susanne Pariso (Pereau) were married in Luxembourg Feb. 8, 1869. Their first known five children were born in Luxembourg/Germany. They emigrated to the U.S. in 1883, arriving in Philadelphia, PA. They resided in Aurora, Illinois for a short time, where their daughter Catherine was born. They moved to Wisconsin by 1887, where the rest of their children were born. Frank obtained U.S. citizenship 13 May 1889. They operated a farm just south of Phillips, until about 1921, at which time they moved into the city (Phillips). They were among the early pioneer settlers of the town of Worcester.
