Alice Josephine Guerin, age 92 of Eaton, OH, passed away suddenly Saturday, December 13, 2008. She was born February 8, 1916 in Preble County, OH to the late Harry C. and Clara E. (Jellison) Fultz. She was a member of the Concord United Church of Christ, Eaton, OH; the Eaton Grange #2250; Order of Eastern Star #310, New Paris, OH; Gratis Senior Citizens, Gratis, OH; and the Widow Persons Service, Richmond, IN. Alice was a retired telephone receptionist/operator from the IRC&D Trucking Company. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Bernice Beach and Thelma Gilbert; and brother Emora Fultz.
She is survived by her son H. "Sandy" Bright of New Paris, OH; grandchildren Joshua Bright of Clearview, FL, Matthew Bright of New Paris, OH and Mary Nicole Bright of New Paris, OH; aunt Clarabell Fultz of West Alexandria, OH; close friend Wilma Riegel of New Paris, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, December 18, 2008 with Rev. Dick VanTine officiating. Burial will be in Sugar Grove Cemetery, West Alexandria, OH.
