He is survived by his widow, Jane V. Burt and three sons, Elmer J. Burt and Edwin C. Burt, both of Salt Lake City; Leslie R. Burt, Arcadia, California and a grandchild; three brothers, John H. Burt, Wilford J. Burt and James U. Burt, Salt Lake City and a sister, Mrs. C. C. Hummel, Omaha, Nebraska.
