LAMBERT - Mary Lorene Farris Mills, 88, died Sunday, January 21, 2007, at Baptist Hospital North Mississippi.
Services were Wednesday at Blue Lake Baptist Church. Rev. Bobby Holland officiated. Burial was in Lambert Cemetery. Kimbro Funeral Home had charge.
Mills, born Nov. 14, 1918, was a member of Blue Lake Baptist Church and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, DJ Mills, one son, David Jonah Mills
and one daughter, Hazel Marie Mills Cornelison.
Survivors include: three sons, Charles Mills and Larry Mills, both of Oakland and Jimmy Mills of Lambert; two daughters, Martha McCullar and Glenda Cosby, both of Batesville; 18 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Blue Lake Baptist Church

She was the daughter of Jonah William Farris and Edith Mae Pittman Oswalt Farris Neal
She was also preceded in death by her sister Inez Farris Coleman, half sister Pearl Irene Oswalt Madison and two step brothers William Berlin Oswalt and Jonah William Farris JR..
