Mrs. Peeples Dies, Rites are held.Funeral services were held this afternoon at 3:30 for Mrs. Tamsy Eiland Peeples from the Williams and Lord Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. G.J. Orlamder and the Rev.Waldon officiating. Burial was in the Bear Creek Cemetery near Morgan City. Mrs. Peeples died Tuesday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Dan Reynolds on Humphrey Highway, after a lomg illness. She was 89. She was born in Webster County and had been a resident of Morgan City for the past 45 years. She was a Baptist and the widow of the late J.W. Peeples. Mrs. Peeples is survived by another daughter, Miss Bobbie Peeples of Morgan City; three sons, Floyd W. Peeples Sr. and Jesse Peeples of Morgan City; B. A. Peeples of Greenville.; 18 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Grandsons served as pallbearers.
