Charlene Watts, 49, died July 31, 2003. Born in Loma Linda, she lived in the Victor Valley for five years. She was a resident of Las Vegas, Nev. She is survived by her mother, Lucille Watts; companion, Bob Estus; sister, Lynn Watts; brothers, John and Edward Watts; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 12100 Ridgecrest Road in Victorville. Victor Valley Mortuary is handling arrangements.
