Mrs. Hannah Cleora Allen, 66, of 1001 East William street, died at 7:45 p.m. yesterday in her home. She had been ill a year.
Mrs. Allen and her husband, Samuel whom she married in 1900 in Newton moved to Decatur 34 years ago from Bement. She was a member of the First Nazarene church.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hezekiah Gowin, she was born Jan. 11, 1884 in Sumner.
Surviving are three sons, William, Wilbur and Robert of Decatur; four daughters, Mrs. Mildred Odell, Mrs. Hildred Gass and Mrs. Thelma Carder of Decatur; Mrs. Blanche Antrim of Warrensburg; one sister, Mrs. Emma Hamm of Monticello; 15 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
THe body is in the J. J. Moran & Sons funeral home. Arrangements are incomplete.
