Keith was the owner and operator of Wireback Oil in Plymouth. He was a graduate of Plymouth High School and a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Macomb. He was a WW II veteran, a member of Plymouth American Legion Post No. 912 and a former member of Augusta Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9029 and 40 and 8. He was a charter member of the Tri-County Country Club.
Survivors include, a son, Jon (Jeanne) Bell of Plymouth; grandchildren: Meeghan Bell of Memphis, Tenn., and James Bell, serving his country in Iraq; a stepgrandson, Jim Juilfs of Peoria, Ariz; a stepgreat-granddaughter, Alexandria Juilfs; two sisters, Virginia Anderson of Carthage, and Joan Bell of Macomb. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by a son, Kent Bell; two Brothers, Billy and Hugh Bell and a sister, Wilma Bell.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Thursday in Rosemont Cemetery in Plymouth by Monsignor Richard Pricco. Military honors were conducted by Plymouth American Legion Post No. 912.
Memorials were made to the Plymouth American Legion Post No. 912.
Hamilton Funeral Home in Plymouth was in charge of services.
